No Mustang special edition would be complete without exterior adornments to let everyone know, so the Super Snake gets a new hood, carbon fiber front spliter, cf mirror covers and rocker panels, as well as a brake duct kit for the front and rear. Then there's the badging on the rear deck lid, front grille and front fenders, combined with the fat Super Snake striping bisecting the car lengthwise. Your Super Snake will also be rolling on 20-inch Shelby Alcoa wheels wearing Pirelli P-Zeros.

2008 Shelby Mustang GT500 Super Snake 0057 – sold for $93,500
The Shelby name has brought unparalleled quality and performance to motorsports for over 40 years. Now Shelby brings the GT500 Super Snake Package. The 5.4L modular V8 is rated at 750hp and is installed at the Shelby American Modification Center in Las Vegas, NV. Shelby states the performance of 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds. The Super Snake Package consists of a Ford Racing TVS 750hp supercharged engine transmitting power to a 3.73 ratio gear set, a Shelby/Baer braking system with 6-piston calipers up front and new heavy duty rotors at all four corners with 20″ Shelby Alcoa Super Snake wheels and Shelby Racing suspension. On the exterior the Super Snake has a special ducted aluminum hood with hood pins, Shelby lettered deck lid, distinctive badges and stripes, sequential tail lights and other carbon fiber body components. The interior is also "Shelby-ed" out with Shelby signature embroidered headrests and floor mats along with other Shelby designed components.
